At the beginning of the story, after losing her parents a few months later at the hands of the Sea Dragon Warrior and being forced to go through strict manual labor by the Golem Hero, she became an extremely nihilistic person, viewing her life as meaningless now because she had nothing left to live for, even encouraging her friend to just give up and all die.

Although, it was revealed that she does feel sorry and even regrets discouraging her friend to give up on everything.

History[]

Current Timeline[]

Jeong So-min (assumedly) is a girl who lived a normal life, but it all ends when the 9 -Former heroes now turned war criminals declare world domination across the globe, using the powers they've earned and blessed from the otherworlds to wreak havoc and conquer everything.

Her mother while on a ship to Jeju Island was killed by the Sea Dragon Warrior, and at some point before the story follows her, her father dies.

Original Timeline[]

In Chapter 62, it is revealed that Somin was the Spear Hero instead of Jeongsu Park in the original timeline, before Seongjun Lee traveled back in time and began altering events. It is revealed in a Q&A that Seongjun, out of "consideration", caused Somin to not die at the time when she would have been summoned, conversely causing Jeongsu to be summoned to be the Spear Hero instead due to him dying earlier than he was destined to originally.

So-Min was mentioned to be the last warrior to return from her summoned world but still aided in the war against this timeline's version of the 9-Warriors. During the final battle, she faced off against Seungu Jeon's golems, giving Minsu Kim an opening to finish him off. After the war, she began a romantic relationship with Seongjun, with the two eventually marrying and having a daughter together before going on to live a peaceful and fulfilled life with the comrades who they became close friends with. Unfortunately, this future was effectively erased when her husband was unwittingly sent back in time after dying from old age.

Spear Warrior Returns[]

At the beginning of chapter 3, she's seen talking her friend that everything is now meaningless and why don't both just die already, this causes her friend to be extremely afraid after hearing her words until they were called and threatened by the Golem Hero's servants to get out and work or they'll die, during the usual cruel militaristic routine of the Golem Hero, she immediately told him that everyone who's working for him is sick of his dictating actions which anger him as he threatens all of the peoples to do as what he said if they don't want to die like the others.

Later on, She is told by a soldier near the shore that they are planning on fighting back against the hero, and they need her help. She goes to the shore at the specified time but encounters the Golem Hero, who already knew what was going to happen because of his Golem eyeballs, She is going to be killed but is saved by Jeongsu Park, who kills the Golem Hero upon hearing about the hero he despised, Minsu Kim Somin finds Jeongsu hiding in the nearby foliage and asks him what he plans to do. After hearing that he wants to kill the heroes, she asks to join him.

She asked Park whether she want to be part of his journey as his Guide so she could have her revenge on the Sword Hero, Park don't mind having a companion with him as long she was useful. they both went to a warehouse to discuss what Park's next hero will slay, park asked the hero that die quickest. Somin recommends his next opponent will be the Sea Dragon hero, She knows how will they get to the mainland so Somin takes Park to the surviving Fleet who has been recovering and ready to set off to the sea dragon territory.

Somin and Park get on the Fleet as they set off to the mainland, the navy caught something on their radar that there are a lot of suspected enemies coming this way. they all opened fire at the suspecting enemy in the water and by surprise it turned out to be a flock of fish that got into a crossfire. The waves are getting rough as something emerges from the water and appeared to be the sea dragon hero. they all engage in combat as the fleet followed Park's orders as he summoned a spear, the sea dragon hero notices what's Park up to and decides she uses her spear to attack behind while her sea dragon attack on the front. the spear went wild while most of the fleet was killed trying to flee from the spear only one stop the spear piercing Park's back and that person ended up collapsing. Somin wasn't hurt and Park unleashed a powerful slash cutting the Sea Dragon hero and her sea dragon in half. The aftermath of the attack left most of the sailors dead and the two gather the fallen fleet to lay them to rest. Somin was worried about Park and that he was becoming further from his remaining humanity.

Reconstructed Government Raid[]

The two see a helicopter approach from outside and Somin recognizes those people from the reconstruction government, led by Jeonguk Choi. she suggest Park trust them and offer their help against Kim's faction, but the two don't trust each other and look each other with hostility while Somin pleaded to stop. The two went to custody in the reconstruction base and were separated in the interrogation room. Somin was interrogated first and Choi tried to convince her to test Park by setting up a Fake 9-Warriors member, the Iron Arm hero. Park was furious and eventually slap it off was it like that didn't happen. Choi led the two in the underground city where the refugees from South Korea lived on the day when Kim formed the faction.

Seongjun Lee[]

In Chapter 66, it is revealed that Somin is still alive. She is found underneath the remains of the underground city, having seemingly been put into a coma whilst being protected by a barrier set there by Seongjun Lee. Seongjun also requested the Verdure Warrior to give Somin his notebook, which seems to hold information from the various timelines he traveled through, after Minsu Kim kills him.

Powers & Abilities[]

As the Spear Warrior of the original timeline, Somin was shown to have all the same abilities as Jung-Soo. However, unlike Park, she did not put herself through the same hellish training regime to push her abilities to their limits. As a result, she has shown to be far weaker than him, only being able to fight on par with the Golem Warrior, who Park easily defeated.
