Personality[]

Vol.3 Ch.131 - Uiho Jeong

Uiho’s delusional mindset and his habit of posing like an Western Super-Hero

The Iron Arm hero has the personality of a Western Superhero, his nature derived from a typical comic book superhero stereotypes: energetic, exuberant and filled with dramatic flairs. Although he can be annoying at times, he is also ruthless, and easy angered. Due the excessive bully that was what led him to take his own life while also ingraining into his mind that power means everything that right after his return from another world, he had a twisted might makes right ideology, where those who are "weaker" must die, calling them "villains". He is also shown to not be compromising as evident when he murdered a worker in the space station right after threatening them to sent him back to Earth.

As revealed, this bizarre personality and delusions is the result of his psychological instability and trauma. As shown, Uiho holds immense self loathing and guilt for having left his friend to be brutalized by his bullies when he had opted to commit suicide. Which only worsened when he had come face to face with her in the hospital. Seeing her severely injured and rendered half dead, along with her weakly regaining consciousness to then curse his name for abandoning her, cause Uiho to snap. After tracking down the bullies who brutalized himself and his friend and proceeding to slowly torture them to death, Uiho was soon confronted by the police, who tried to stop him and leading him to kill them, gradually going out of control as the authorities tried sending more forces to stop him. Likely out of further self-loathing and his mind already being deeply damage by his prior traumas, Uiho proceeded to go on a killing spree rampage while subconsciously justifying his actions as correct. As shown, Uiho’s unstable mind has caused him to develop an unconscious habit of justifying his murders by automatically assuming his victims were villains or bad people. With his rampage is due him ultimately choosing to blame society for the circumstances of what had happened to him.

As shown during his fight against Jeongsu Park, Uiho’s mental instability has progressed to the point that he has begun suffering hallucinations of his deceased friend, who berates him for his actions and ultimately pushes him to self destructive actions. Likely as the manifestation of his self-loathing, sadness, despair and guilt for abandoning her and the subconscious remorse he feels for his atrocities.

History[]

Beginning[]

Originally a chubby high-school student who has a hobby of reading superhero comics. Uiho was subjected to bullying under the hands of the ruthless delinquents of his school. His life however becomes better when he met and befriends a girl who would later on become his love interest, unfortunately, her selfless act of standing out and defend Uiho from the delinquents led them to decide to punish both of them by taking them to a secluded construction site and forced them to do it with each other while the other bullies watched, Uiho, unable to bare it any longer and to prevent his friend from suffering, decides to end his life by jumping off the construction site, leading him to be transported to the Iron Arm's Laboratory.

When Uiho finally returns to his world after defeating his demon lord, the first thing he does was to visit the delinquents responsible for him and his friend's torment, the leader manages to recognize him despite the overall appearance change. The leader mocks him once more and resorts to threatening him with violence when Uiho only gave him a silent and stern look, without a warning or time to react and process, the bully's leg was soon blew off when Uiho landed a swift kick and soon crushed him under the weight by sitting on him, terrifying the other delinquents who tried to fled. Uiho soon began to went on a rampage across a district of South Korea, proclaiming himself to now be the new order and law of the world. He eventually visits his friend in the hospital and presents to her the decapitated heads of the delinquents and boast out he's the enactor of justice, his friend, unaware of the Iron Arm Hero's identity, asked him to judge Uiho for abandoning her.

At some point after a year later, when Kim unleashed his rampage all across South Korea, Jeong joined Kim in the now know 9-Warriors who conquered most of Korea territory. He currently rules the South Gyeongsang district. It was noted by Somin Jeong that he's one of the strongest member of Kim faction, right behind Kim's power.

The Reconstruction Government Raid[]

Uiho Jeong joins his fellow 9-Warriors in destroying the Reconstruction Government's underground city. He kills and destroys a great amount of the city and its people; however, he was unable to prevent the defecting Mage Warrior from rescuing the Spear Warrior and escaping.

Aftermath of The Reconstruction Government Raid[]

Old Generation[]

Uiho Jeong accompanies the modern Transformation Warrior on her assault on the world. At San Francisco, he aids the Transformation Warrior in her battle against the previous generation's Transformation Warrior. Uiho is able to penetrate the older warrior's defensive barrier and destroy several facilities. However, the older warrior elevates the base into outer space. This significantly reduces Uiho Jeong's strength, though he retained enough to continue to fight the previous Warrior's robot soldiers.

Eventually, the Iron Arm Warrior finds his way to break into a human space station and coerce the crew to give him an escape pod back to Earth, which he takes after killing the "villainous" crew.

Abilities & Powers[]

Body Modifications[]

Unlike a majority of the other Heroes, Uiho Jeong does no possess any special powers or equipment that he had gained or developed when he was summoned to another world, rather his entire body itself was instead rebuilt and modified by the scientists of that world. As noted by the Return Hero, Uiho’s physical abilities is among the highest among the 9-Warriors and was second only to the physical abilities of the Sword Hero. Uiho’s physical strength, speed, agility and durability was so high to an almost absurd degree, allowing him to easily brush past explosions, poison gas, bombs, bullets and various artillery's of modern military like nothing and unlike the other heroes, he took absolutely no damage from such assaults. This did not end with just modern weaponry, as shown where even the magic based abilities and skills of other heroes had difficulty bypassing his physical defenses. As stated by the head scientist who helped rebuilt his body, Uiho’s body had toughness surpassing diamond.

As shown, Uiho Jeong’s body has possibly become completely self-sufficient. As shown where he survived being hurled into space and was able to seemingly move around, breath and operate without issue while floating around in the vacuum of space. As shown in the past after Sun-Hwa Yoo had defeated him and he was temporarily imprisoned underwater, Uiho was not at all hindered being submerged underwater for a prolonged period of time, implying that he could either breath underwater, hold his breath for an indefinite amount of time, produce his own oxygen or that his body no longer needs oxygen to survive.

Serum[]

Ch.74 - Serum Capsule

Serum -008

As a last resort and secret weapon, the scientists of the other world had given and built in a hidden capsule in Uiho’s body that contained a special serum developed by their world as a final trump card against their Demon King. Once this serum was unleashed into his blood stream, Uiho’s already monstrous physical abilities are enhanced even further and he is granted additional abilities as well.

Ch.74 - Serum

The Serum boosting Uiho’s power further and regenerating the giant hole in his chest

As shown, once administered, Uiho gained the ability to produce powerful blasts of energy by charging energy balls in his mouth. He also gained an incredibly powerful healing factor in his body, being capable of restoring any damage inflicted on to his body and even instantly regrowing any lost or damaged organs and closing fist sized holes in his body.

However, a clear drawback to this is the fact that once this serum is administered into his body, Uiho’s body would inevitably die from the strain of his enhanced abilities.
