The Witch of the Snow is a minor character in The Warrior Returns. She is the goddess of the Glacial World and the one responsible for summoning and empowering the Glaciation Warrior when her world's demon lord threatens to destroy it.

The Witch of the Snow is the Goddess of the Glacial World and is the one responsible for summoning humans from Earth to become the Glacial Warrior/Hero every time her world’s Demon Lord rises. Having presumably done so since the Demon Lord began terrorizing her world every 100 years.
20th Century[]
During the time of World War I, the Glacial World was once again threatened by its Demon Lord. Leading to the Witch Summoning a new hero/warrior to defeat it and save her world, Ivan Pushkin was the otherworlder summoned and was thus then given powers and abilities by the Goddess to help him in his journey to defeat the Glacial Demon Lord.
Through his efforts, Ivan would grow in power and strength and successfully dispatched her world’s Demon Lord. The Goddess then presumably sent him back to his homeworld of Earth.
21st Century[]
The Glacial World would once again be threatened by the Demon Lord, resulting in the Goddess once again summoning another otherworlder to become the Hero of Glaciation.
However, unlike with Ivan, the current generation Glacial Hero would fail in subjugating the Glacial Demon Lord, leading to the Glacial World’s destruction. Despite this however, the Goddess survived, but was left with no world to oversee.

As a Goddess, the Witch of the Snow’s powers surpass humans and mortals by default. As shown where her presence and power was massive enough to paralyze Minsu Kim’s otherworld companions and she could effortlessly paralyze them in their tracks with no effort.
- Summoning: As the Goddess and caretaker of the Glacial World, the Witch of the Snow is the one responsible for summoning Heroes from Earth to her world in order to serve as the Hero of Glaciation and defeat the Demon Lord threatening her world. Having presumably done so every time the Demon Lord threatened her world.
- Dimensional Travel: After the Hero of Glaciation succeeds in saving her world, it is the Goddess who presumably sends them back to their homeworld of Earth. As shown, the Witch is also able to travel worlds on her own, having gone to earth to help her final hero Ivan before he could be killed.
- Clairvoyance : Its been implied that the goddess, like the others Gods of the Otherworlds, has the power to observe and see the going-ons of her world and otherworlds as she pleases. As stated by Ivan, who commented that the Goddess constantly watched over the Glacial World and one of her main hobbies and duties was observing the happenings of her world. As shown where she saved Ivan, the Witch was also able to see and observe what was happening on Earth and see that he needed her help to defeat his enemies.
- Empowerment: Like other Gods and as implied by Ivan Pushkin, one of her heroes, the Goddess is the one responsible for empowering him and the other Glaciation Heroes/Warriors with their powers over frost and ice and granting them access to the unique magics of her world.
- Undead Transformation: As shown, The Goddess is able to further empower and strengthen someone by turning them into a undead. As shown where in exchange for his “epic”, The Witch was able to further strengthen and magnify Ivan’s power by turning him into a Lich. Granting him even further power stated to surpass the Demon Lord of the Sword World, the most powerful Demon Lord among the current generation of Demon Lord’s of the Current Generation of Heroes.
- Ice Magic: As the Goddess of the Glacial World, the Witch of the Snow showcased immense mastery and control over ice using magic and easily surpasses humans and heroes without effort.
- Time Manipulation: As shown from her visit to Earth to see and help Ivan against the Sword Hero’s Party, The Witch of the Snow is capable of stopping and “freezing” time. Having restrained and paralyzed The Sword Hero’s Party using this power.
- Necromancy: As implied, the Witch of the Snow possess powerful necromantic abilities and can manipulate the dead, as shown from the powers and abilities she gives her heroes.
- Memory Manipulation: As part of their deal, the Goddess was stated to be able to “acquire” Ivan’s epic, his memories and experiences of the life he lived and took them as payment to empower him further.
